On this culinary journey you will see a completely different Dubai. The one its own residents know, because one of the best ways to understand a city is to taste it.
You will learn where Dubai makes the best shawarma, which tea locals prefer, where to meet a sheikh, and why doughnuts are the healthiest dessert in the UAE.
We will visit several of the most unusual street-food spots and try national dishes from the Emirates, India, Yemen, Syria and Pakistan.
